Mastering the Art of Scoping Schools of Fish for Successful Guide Trips

As a busy Captain on the Central Florida waterways, I'm always scouting new water to stay sharp for upcoming guide trips. Using my Garmin Livescope paired with years of fishing experience helps me quickly get on a new lake and maximize my time hunting schools. I move around the lake quickly, scanning with the scope for schools using seasonal patterns. Once I get in the right areas, I capitalize on the bite.

Warm fall temperatures in Florida mean that the bass go out deeper. At that point, it's time to fish those deeper holes for big schools of fish. Using a Garmin Livescope can definitely help lead to some epic guided trip days for my customers.

Check out what I found in this session on the beautiful Lake Henderson in Citrus County Florida! Once I found them, I loaded the boat in 20-30 mins, catching 5 in a row at one point.
